Esti Baba Ghanoush Dip

This artisanal baba ganoush by Esti is not only delicious, it is also wonderfully all-natural, just a blend of fine ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. Roasted eggplant and florina red peppers are blended with tahini, sea salt and garlic, for that rich, complex Middle Eastern flavor that really shines through. You can just open the container and dig right in, but we recommend letting it get to room temperature – you’ll be surprised at richness of the flavors. Serve it with toasted pita wedges, simple toast, or crudites like carrots and celery for a gluten-free appetizer.   Ingredients:  Eggplant, sesame paste, Florina roasted red peppers, garlic, salt.
