How do I place an order? 
Simply navigate through the many online categories, add a product to your cart, adjust quantity,
and continue to shop around until you've got all you need. 

How do I pay for my order? 
Once your order is placed, a curbside team member will call you within 24 hours to process payment and answer any questions.

How do I pickup my order curbside? 
Simply drive-up or walk-up to the front entrance of our Rittenhouse store at 1730 Chestnut Street, and provide your order number to the greeter at the door. 

Is the store open for customers?
Yes, feel free to stop by! We are practicing all safe social distancing and sanitation measures.

When will my order be ready?
Pickup orders are typically available within a 3-hour window. Deliveries are available within 24 hours. A curbside team member will call you to confirm your pickup or delivery time.

Where can I pick up my order? 
Rittenhouse only. Stay tuned for more pickup options.

Can I have my order delivered? 
Yes! We will deliver to your door within 24 hours of your order. Please see the map here for our delivery area. 

Can Wine & Beer be delivered?
Alcoholic products can only be picked up. You must have a valid state ID which must be presented to an associate upon pickup.

Can I select a time and date for my pickup/delivery? 
Pickup times/dates can be selected in checkout. Orders placed after 4pm will be available for pickup the following day. For local delivery, we will confirm a time/date with you over the phone when taking payment details.
