Esti Kalamata Olives Hummus

The bold flavor of these plump olives really shines in this velvety spread made with tahini (and not much else!). These ripe purple olives from the Peloponnese peninsula of Southern Greece not only have a great flavor, they’re also rich in nutrients and the healthy fats found in olive oil, which makes this all-natural spread the perfect snack or healthy appetizer.
