Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye

Japanese Wagyu from the Miyazai Prefecture in Japan. A5 10-12 MBS. Wagyu Beef is being raised in various locations in Japan. Matsuzaka, Kobe, Hyogo and Omi to name a few. However, none of them are comparable with the Kuroge cattle raised in Miyazaki. Miyazaki Kuroge are regarded as the finest of Japanese cattle, consistently rating of 10 or higher on the Wagyu marbling scale.
